How to change an aldready so so app (I have never thought it was a fantastic one) in a even more mediocre application. It seems developers at Logitech has put a patch in the iOS 6 version by just locking the app to work in vertical, this is very uncomfortable since the usual interface with half screen dedicated to the list and rightmost dedicated to current radio is no longer working. This forces you to swap continuosly between the to modes. Cmon guys, cannot work this way!!!

This is a terrific app. I love the ability to get all of the internet radio sites and to make them favorites. Also, love the beautiful album art. This app can take the place of the controller in the Logitech Duet, and be used for Squeezebox and the Duet.

Ive been using Squeezebox for about 4 years and I love it...Whole house audio without the wires. My only complaint is that it has been discontinued and that the app does not have player capabilities.

I have been trying the updates for this as they come out. The last update had troubles. This one, 1.1.5, seems to have brought the app back to functioning properly. Thank you!

Its good when it actually works. Cant pickup the player half the time.

This app would save me a few steps and a bit of time EXCEPT that it takes less time to get up and adjust the radio than it does to log in every bloomin time I want to use it.

Like many reviewers I find it very stupid to require login every time. Why????? Cant this be changed? I dont need a flashy background or even a different look. Its a stupid remote control for Gods sake. Please fix the login issue.

I just installed it and it works well with my squeezebox duet. And I dont have to login each time I start the app, like so many other reviewers have experienced. I noticed the install instructions say if you have a previous version you should uninstall that first, maybe thata behind the repeated login prompts. Anyway, the app seems to work as expected, it certainly is faster and more convenient than the duet controller. Press and hold individual songs for a few seconds to bring up the action menu. There are some minor annoyances - like sometimes long titles are not displayed correctly - but overall works just fine for 90% of my squeezebox control needs.

Having to constantly login with credentials makes the app quite frustrating to use. Needs to be addressed immediately.

MikTheFish is right. Delete the controller app from your phone. Then power your phone down and restart. Reinstall the controller app, sign in and select your player. You should be able to close down the app and reopen it again without signing in. It worked for me. (running IOS 5.1.)

The Squeezebox itself works great. This app is ill-designed buggy crap. People ask about my music setup. I tell them not to buy a Squeezebox until the company takes this app, and its customers, seriously.

Did you outsource everyone with substantial skills. Anyone here old enough to remember Lucas Electronics? Abandoned ship... Went with iPeng.

Working great after uninstall / reinstall as previously mentioned.

It freezes a lot. The only way to make it work is to delete and reinstall. I did that 3 times today.

The app stopped working and reinstalling didnt fix it. I can see the squeezebox devices on my network, turn them on and off, and see whatever was last playing, but thats it. I cant see my music library, Pandora connection, etc. So the app is now worthless. Pity since the battery on my actual squeezebox remote wont hold a charge anymore and Logitech has apparently abandoned the line. Guess its time to look for a non-Logitech replacement system. :-(
